What Does an AC Tune Up Include?

What Does a Furnace Tune-Up Include?

The heating and cooling technicians leave no stone unturned during their furnace tune-up service. We’ll ensure that your furnace is in good working order by inspecting your entire heating system. Our heating tune-up maintenance service includes:

INSPECTION

Visual system inspection
Inspecting ductwork
Inspecting vent piping
Inspecting heat exchanger

MAINTENANCE

Measuring amp draw and capacitor levels
Check thermostat and change batteries, if necessary
Cleaning flame sensor and burners
Clearing drain lines
Furnace filter change, in necessary
Tightening all electrical connections
Changing CO detector batteries

TESTING

Testing thermostat operation
Test for gas leaks
Testing CO detector operation
Checking blower rotation
Checking and adjusting gas pressure
