Optimist HVAC was founded in 2021 by Jerome McCarter Jr. Jerome has an Associates degree in HVAC and is NATE Certified. His main reason for starting Optimist is to provide a great work environment for his team where everyone is pushed to become better at whichever part of the trade they like. Also, to provide the customers with an HVAC company that prides itself on customer service and always having a positive attitude. Understanding that each customer deserves the same amount of respect. Here we focus on the best solutions for each customer by asking questions and always explaining how we can extend the life of the HVAC equipment, lower utility costs, and help with air quality. Our goal is to never leave a customer without heating or cooling. We will provide training for our team to help them achieve not only in their career but in life. We want customers and team members who have an optimist spirit!
